Although it is sad to see that Six Flags is closing the drive through safari park at the end of September. It is a pleasure to see what Six Flags has in store for the safari park in 2013. The safari park is home to over 1200 animals from six continents and has operated for over 38 years. There are plans to include the safari as part of the theme park. The attraction is to be called the "Safari Off Road Adventure". This attraction is planned to provide an intense up close animal experience in rugged open-air vehicles.
