Personal Trainer & DJ (Dean Seda ) In Westfield NJ

Dean has been a Personal Training for 13 years and see clients in-person or online. He is taking clients now for training at a local gym in Garwood. Optionally, he can travel locally to clients that have at-home gyms or workout spaces.

Personal Training encompasses more than just physical exercise. Deans qualifications include:

• Masters Degree in Sport Management from the University of Miami,
• Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University,
• Certifications through NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
• Certified Zumba Instructor

No matter what your goals are, Dean will be there to help you achieve them and feel great about yourself!

Music, Dance and Zumba is used to  bring happiness and fitness to many students!  From Latin to Bollywood to Danish Pop, my class is like an airplane that will take you on a virtual trip around the world. Fitness and movement are ways of life for Dean. He loves to create warm-up mixes for Zumba and other fitness classes that are exciting, funky, and innovative.

Dean is also a professional DJ for 7+ years and performs at Weddings, Birthdays, Bars, Clubs and Special Events. Depending on the event, class, and/or client, the focus is on creating specific rhythms to set the mood that tailor to the client's needs.
