Congratulations to Jeralyn Lawrence of Lawrence Law for being recognized as the 2024 Solo & Small Firm Practitioner of the Year by the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Solo & Small Firm Section at the Solo & Small Firm Conference. This conference honored Jeralyn and held seminars and networking opportunities. The distinguished honor of Practitioner of the Year reflects Jeralyn’s outstanding contributions and commitment to the profession. Her dedication to advocating for clients and her exemplary leadership within the legal community have truly set her apart.
Jeralyn reflected on this achievement, “I am deeply honored and grateful to be recognized by the Solo/Small firm section as Practitioner of the Year. During my Presidency of the New Jersey State Bar Association, I formed and worked on the Putting Lawyers First task force which studied many areas of the law that needed to markedly change for the betterment of lawyers and much of that advocacy focused on solo small firm practitioners in amplifying the efforts for attorney wellness, a disability track for lawyers in need and succession planning, to name a few. Solo and small firms make up most law firms in our state and it was an honor to advocate for them and a privilege to be honored by them.”
