2020 STOP THE BLEED® Scholarship Program
National STOP THE BLEED® Programs
supported by the Dept of Defense, FEMA and many other organizations
Are you a high school student? You can help yourself and help your school by completing one of the National STOP THE BLEED scholarship opportunities.
One of the National STOP THE BLEED® Day programs this year is a Scholarship Program where winning students will receive scholarship money towards post-secondary education. The schools of the winning students will receive free STOP THE BLEED® Kits.

This year’s program consists of National Scholarships and State Scholarships. Every student submitting an application is eligible for the National Scholarships. Students who attend school in states with State Scholarships are automatically eligible for those scholarships, too (note: applicants are limited to one scholarship award).
Eligibility is limited to high school age students in the US and its territories.
National Scholarships

There are two sets of National Scholarships:
- One set of scholarships is based on a video submission
- A second set of scholarships is based on an essay submission
State Scholarships

There are three Scholarships available per state (either video or essay submission).
Currently, the states with available scholarships available are Oregon, Texas, Indiana, South Carolina and New Jersey. More states will be added soon (so stay tuned).
