All meetings are being conducted from the safety and comfort of your home or other convenient location. Clinicians at the Good Life Center for Mental Health have extensive experience helping clients with a variety of challenges, including managing acute and chronic stressors, overcoming mood and anxiety symptoms, managing relational stress, gaining control of self-defeating habits and behaviors, and coping with sudden and expected losses. Our therapists are trained in a number of therapeutic methods including, TEAM Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Game-Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (GB-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
