There is 1 bedroom with a big closet available. It is 16×11 for approximately $1300/mo (total rent is 4000 split amount tenants depending on size of room and bathroom). There is also a smaller room which can be leased at a lower price (around $1200) if the tenant in that room wishes to switch rooms. You will be sharing a bathroom with 1 person but it is quite large. The common areas will be fully furnished. You only have to provide for your room.

Looking for 1 professional between the ages of 22-35. Currently, the 2 remaining bedrooms are occupied by 2 guys in their late 20s.
